Yes, Biden brain farted George Bush instead of Donald Trump with his clear “Four more of George...” statement. While I don’t believe Joe has dementia, he certainly does have age-relatied cognitive decline as shown by him losing his train of thought at least three times during the final Presidential debate versus one time by Trump. Further, if Joe had serious dementia, physical and emotional manifestations should be evident.
