Could have been, but no he wasn’t. Watched the video, Biden lost track of his thought process and mistakingly started calling Trump, George before catching and correcting himself.

The Man has lost a step or two since his time as VP under Obama. It happens to all of us, the funny part is watching Biden supporters bury their head in the sand and refuse to acknowledge the obvious.
