He is correct, no US Uranium went to Russia, even stretching the Hannity lover's article on THEHILL doesn't back that claim

and independent nuclear commission and The state of Utah nuclear regulator who all signed off on the deal get a piece of the loot or was Hillary able to get all of them to agree to the sale without giving them some of the 150 million?
