The “no export” assurance given at the time of the Rosatom deal is not the only one that turned out to be less than it seemed. Despite pledges to the contrary, Uranium One was delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange and taken private. As of 2013, Rosatom’s subsidiary, ARMZ, owned 100 percent of it.

Most of it was returned and some of it was ALLOWED by the NRC to go to Europe and Japan. That's how it should have worked.

No uranium left the country except for processing. Russians are exporters of Uranium to the US, why the hell would they take 4% of 0.4% of world's uranium production which is not even weapons grade?????

Western Europe and Japan are mentioned in the context of PROCESSING, that uranium was not sold off to those countries as they don't have a export license. Uranium One is a mining company, they don't export finished Uranium and if they did it would be illegal and your guys can easily prosecute them given all the attention. Since nothing has happened, it's obvious that it was for processing alone, the shipment was not an export of a finished product.

Learn to read with context, no wonder you Cons peddle insane conspiracy theories.

Exporting processed uranium by that company would be illegal, it would be a slam dunk for your team.

If URANIUM ONE exported processed uranium against their shipping license then that's a criminal act, why are they not being prosecuted for it? Why are they allowed to continue?
