Facing Immigration Crackdown, Silicon Valley Rethinks Its Dreams

>>Trumps advisors now speak for him
Link please.

That's how the world works. Trump hires an anti h1b visa guy as attorney general and an anti-h1b visa guy as chief strategy advisor, and he doesn't deny those views, then it means he supports them.

Yes, he does not deny the views stated on the official Trump websites. He does not have to know or comment on all other ppl's views or anxieties reported in the liberal media.
That's why we have to go by the information from the official Trump's sources. All the points listed there make sense to me. Not an issue. The president-elect have the promises to keep. That's how it works.

And his website supports those views. He doesn't go into the details because that 3 page PDF is for retail consumption.

So - yes. As of now it's reasonable to assume he believes in these views. And Silicon Valley is concerned.

Sure, Silicon Valley is concerned, changes are coming. Causes anxiety & raises blood pressure.

what's your company? I will send you my resume and take less than the salary you mentioned. My only requirement is that I work remotely. I don't think there is any tech shortage. From my experience most of the work is rather mundane and utilizes less than 40hrs/wk
PM me, although the remote work part probably is a show stopper.

That was the point of this whole thread.

Somehow you take every statement as bias by the "liberal media."
b/c only liberal media loves to discuss anxieties of the individuals whether are founded or not. Others don't go to the media but straight to a doctor.

Here we go, the "liberal media". How is it different from the conservative media doing the same thing about Obama - "he's a secret Muslim", "he supports (any abhorrent organization)" etc.
But I get it, it's a team thing. Conservatives are very much team players - it doesn't matter if our side does it.

onsite technical work (and anything h1b) is modern day slavery. I would need to be loaded up on soma for that. The beauty of remote work is that someone can hold down multiple fulltime jobs and still work only 40hrs a week... underemployment arbitrage
