Wikipedia co-founder Larry Sanger has slammed the site's leftist bias and claims its days of 'neutrality are long gone' in a new interview.

Sanger, 52, called alleged bias on the site he co-founded in January 2001 with Jimmy Wales 'disheartening' in an interview for a Fox News analysis.
'The days of Wikipedia's robust commitment to neutrality are long gone,' Sanger said.
Sanger told the outlet he is now working on a new 'Encyclosphere' project but said he doesn't think Wikipedia could be 'salvaged.'

The House of Representatives passed legislation as part of the omnibus HR1 bill that would allow the Department of Justice to require social media sites to remove certain posts.

The Foreign Agent Disclaimer Enhancement (FADE) Act, originally introduced by Democratic Virginia Rep. Abigail Spanberger and Republican New York Rep. John Katko, was added as an amendment to the HR1 For The People Act on Wednesday night via a 223-208 vote. It requires social media sites to remove posts at the direction of the Attorney General, if the United States government determines that the posts do not identify that they were made by foreign agents, according to The Hill.

The FADE Act requires that disclaimers on “informational materials for or in the interests of a foreign principal which are transmitted or caused to be transmitted by an agent of a foreign principal” be included on social media sites with more than 50 million monthly users.

The mother, Shana Chappell, took to social media to share her agonizing story of meeting the president, which didn’t sit well with the Facebook and Instagram censors. She was locked out of her social media accounts for what she had to say about the president.


“President Joe Biden, This [message] is for you!” Chappell wrote. “I know my face is etched into your brain! I was able to look you straight in the eyes yesterday and have words with you. After I lay my son to rest you will be seeing me again!”
