Perhaps more DEI is needed. $80 million F-35 crashes and no one knows where it is? When I misplace my iphone I can find it but not an F-35. The US gets stronger everyday.

Up to a point DEI does not make that much difference. But when you start to enforce equity an inclusion in Mission Critical Functions things start to fall apart. We are at that point now.

Your are right. When via DEI you have people who do not have the competence to correctly do what is needed it is indeed VERY DISAPPOINTING. It is kind of like using the same word over and over again.
