A bunch of German entomologists say the volume of insects they catch/observe has fallen by more than three quarters since the early 1980s. This is one of the biggest die-offs in the history of the Earth, and it's due to urbanization and intensive agriculture practices. Between Insecticides, weed killer, Antibiotics for every little cough, and destruction of rainforests and trees, humans will kill ourselves then the insects and nature can thrive again.
