I agree to a point. Black men want to screw around like they are still in Africa. But on the other hand some black women want to have welfare babies so they don't have to work.
 
You need two to tango. Black women are letting black men get them pregnant. Many black women think its ok to have a bunch of children out of wedlock. Thats a cultural problem that black leaders simply ignore.
