Let me first say I don't have any experience with them, but I did have experience with a broker that was very similar, luring you with good customer service, supposedly good commission fees, and other supposedly "free services." They're more sales people than anything, and they won't side with you when you really need them. The fact is you will rarely need assistance, and ultimately it comes down to the price. If you are a high volume trader, I suggest you go to a lower commission fee broker, which you can find on this forum. I'll leave it at that. I hope I'm not out of place here.
