I dunno...by trading for a penny or two this <may> be possible.
I know most money managers can't claim this....and even the best traders have a bad month once in a while.

You must have huge BP and very low commissions to pull this off however.
 
To be clear 0.20 cents per 1000 is basically clearing costs and it is available via many firms - usually with a profit split and large monthly volume requirements.

Do note you'll be paying other fees which can really add up - SEC, NSCC etc
