Existing option availability at ib and others

Hi,
I searched www.cboe.com for INTC options and found out, that there's INTC Oct 32.5 call available and trading at 0.20 USD
I tried setting it in TWS (ib) and did not find it. So I asked ib to "add" it and was told that there is no such option available. Can anyone tell me if their system (other than ib) let's u choose this option or if it really exists..
I would also like to know why some options are available for Nov03 (like ATYT) and why some (INTC ) aren't

The option does exist and you can pull it up with ib, i just did.
