Exleon acquiring Constellation, I'm not sure how to play this one.
A recent Acquisition announcement (mainly AES/DPL) has seen both stocks going up in the last 6 days of trading. My )novice) experience tells me that the Acquiring entity's stock would see a nearly immediate drop and the Target entity would sharply increase.
Any strategy ideas for Exelon/Constellation? I'd like to Queue a couple of trades tonite for the opening bell.
