I wonder how this will work, being that it's a bitcoin futures ETF
Can investors now purchase this ETF on their IRA's and regular accounts? Are Financial Advisors able to put it in their clients' portfolios?

It's a bitcoin etf that anyone can buy and hold. There could be a lot of interest
just look at CME BTC futures and micro BTC futures volume.
after soooo many months / years , the volume is still very pathetic.
In fact, volume was sooo horrific that CBOE had to terminate the BTC futures product.
people are simply not that interested to trade BTC AND micro BTC futures
so people will also not be that interested to trade BTC ETF.
I was hoping that the volume would be high so that I can look forward to profiting massively from the
MOTHER OF ALL MEGA TUPLIPMANIA BITCOIN where the price drops from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 digit.
It will definitely happen. Just that I don't know when.
