You are again wrong here. For all the immigrants from China, Russia, India over the past decades, where those folks ended up with? Most of them went into technology fields. Few of them came here to get MBA in the 1990s to early 2000s. With the hostile environment, I think China will be happy to get back all of those people who are in their prime ages of 50s...
Yeah you just proved my point the workforce of these tech companies today are not made up of that generation. Its workforce is lot younger and it's largely made up of people who are either born and raised here or people who have lived all their lives here, naturalized citizens. Either way, like I said, they are Americans, not immigrants, migrants or refugees. If China wants them, US and the West are more than happy to send them China's way.
I do not think China wants to be the world #1 leader.
You are wrong. China does and everything that it does points to that. If it just wants to make money, WHY is it busting its a$$ investing in this "One Belt One Road" project specifically excluding all of the western nations that will create an economic, political, military alliance specifically among all those countries? WHY is it the only country in the world that does this global project? China is not the only rich country in the world.
Look at how much US spends over the globe. This is the reason Trump wanted to change. But he failed. US politicians want to retain the #1 leader position. US spent all the money to defend on foreign soil and care less about the homeless people in NYC and SF....
US is #1. What's your point? China wants to change that obviously? To become world's #1 leader like how you put it perhaps?
Homeless people exist everywhere regardless of the wealth level of a country. Some people live on the street as a lifestyle choice. Don't pass judgement on something that you have no idea about. And speaking of spending money on defense instead of its own people's well-being, try to look up how many people in China died, starved to death when its beloved Chairman Mao decided to develop nuclear weapons in the '50s? And this was when China was a 3rd-world country with its economy at a level nowhere near the wealth level of US today. And you are picking on US spending on defense projects instead o the homeless? LOL
