Exchange Yen to USD cash

I have about a million Japanese Yen and want to exchange to USD. I contacted local banks and currency exchange brokers here in Seattle and the best they would give me is 112.4 or an inverse .008897 - while the prevailing rate last Thursday was 105 and change. That translates to an approximate 7% fee or $630 they would pocket the same day after making the exchange. Is there some place in Seattle (or San Francisco) I could do better?

Do you have an IB account? If so, I will buy the Yen from you via their IDEAL network. I'll do it at the spot price.
