If you already have an AMP account that is not funded, all you need to do is fund your account with at least $100 and we will get your live connection enabled same day. If you need your AMP account information, just reply back to this email “Need AMP Account Number” and we will email it to you.

If you are not an existing AMP customer, open an AMP account via online application, once approved (normally same day) and fund with at least $100 USD and we will get your live connections set up. For All Live CME Connections – CME monthly data fees will apply. If you are only trading Eminis, Currencies, Meats, Softs – it will only cost you $5.00 per month to maintain your live connection with Real-Time Simulator/Demo.

What do you mean by " live connection with Real-Time Simulator/Demo."?
Does this mean the platform is a "Simulated platform" same as Ninja.?
By this I mean, you have to have the platform running at all times to allow orders, OCOs etc to activate. ( Turn the computer off & nothing triggers)
 
yes, AMP's Free MultiCharts SE has a local simulator - "Paper Trading" account.

With your AMP live connection, you will have continuous (non-expiring) access to use this built in simulator/demo account.

yes, AMP/CQG and AMP/Rithmic+ data connection have server-side OCOs by default.
 
Thanks but that does my answer my question.
Does the platform have to be connected with the computer running at all times for OCO's to trigger or can I switch off the computer & still have my trades managed.??
 
yes, AMP/CQG and AMP/Rithmic+ data connection have server-side OCOs by default.

this means, If you lose connection or your computer shuts down, the OCO functionality is resting/working on CQG or Rithmic infrastructure.

To elaborate... Sorry for not asking this before.
So. If I lose connection or switch the poota off. Are the trades eliminated from my charts as well when the TP or SL is hit, or will the OCO on my charts fail to activate.? As is the case with Ninja. In this scenario, the SL or TP is left on the charts to be activated should it be hit later.
Hope I am clear with my question.
