Excel or API feed for earnings dates and ex dividend dates

I am looking for an inexpensive feed that will provide next earnings date with pre market or after market times. Next ex div date.
 
We offer these dividends and earnings but they are not cheap. Traders typically pay $1500 for these feeds. Retail is $199/ month for dividends and $299 for earnings dates. We partner with Wall St Horizon and they control the lowest we can offer these products.
We have historical dividend and earnings dates as part of our Data API that is $49 per month with the ET discount.

For the earnings dates from WSH, earnings date announcements too? Is there a historical package for this too? Do I just add a subscription and download the history?

Can't seem to find it in the api docs...

Earnings and dividends are separate. These subscriptions are delivered FTP and are not in the API. We do have historical earnings dates in the API, in the Earnings Core.
