Excel Macros

I'm trying to autorun an excel macro that's attached to a file. For example: My PC turns on, opens excel, opens the file containing the macro but will not run the macro unless I'm there to tell it to. For some reason I can't figure out the RunAutoMacros command. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
