Excel Data Plugins for IB TWS and Yahoo Finance

I am looking for Excel plugins (preferably free) that can pull real-time data from Interactive Brokers' TWS platform and can automatically pull historical data from Yahoo Finance. Can anyone suggest plugins I should look into?

So far, I have found the IB-Excel Adapter from cyberxpert fo real time data pulls, which works okay but sometimes fails to update fast enough.

Is this still working after 2 years ?

The download is still there but shows XP and excel 2003
I am on Windows 7 and Excel 2010
