excel and IB real-time quotes

Can anyone recommend a software tool that will insert real time quotes into an Excel spreadsheet using the interactive brokers feed?

My idea would be to use the bid ask info to program some real-time charts I need.

IB has its own stuff. but will be simpler to use QuoteIN:

Just modify the sample spreadsheet and save to another name.

I know nothing about api and programming but awhile back for the heck of it I downloaded the sample from IB to play around with and it was fairly easy to get quotes with it.

Sierrachart has the capacity to put IB quotes directly into Excel and make charts as well. It might be worth looking at depending on what you want to do.

as far as populating Excel with data via the API, there is no cost. dunno if there are other cost-based options available.
