Exam preparation material (Series 3/34/63/65)

Any exam prep material recommendations for the Series 3, Series 34, Series 63 and Series 65 exams (one for each)? Lets throw in the Series 7 to the bag, even though that's a different animal. I know of Kaplan and others. Not looking for just names. I would like to hear from people who took any of those exams and what they used.

For non US-licensed traders who just happen to be reading this and wonder what those exams are, here it is:

Series 3: NFA/futures
Series 34: NFA/forex
Series 7: FINRA/securities/brokerage/sponsored
Series 63: NASAA/securities/states
Series 65: FINRA/securities/RIA

Though this thread is not about the licenses and purpose of the exams, but rather preparation material.

My process was to read through the material once and do the practice exam in the back of each chapter.
Then do the exams with Q/A. Any question that I was not sure of the answer, I went back and read what STC says the answer was and why.
Then do all the exams without Q/A
If you are scoring 85 or better, you should pass easily.
I took the 7, then 63, then 3.

Why you want to take those exams?
