Parents just have to be US Citizens according to that video. Naturalized is ok.
That's why I think Jindal is not eligible because his parents were not citizens.

The left has been using the argument all along that the 14'th amendment decided once and for all just exactly what a 'natural born citizen' is. Unfortunately, a case was found that was decided by the Supreme Court <u>after</u> the 14'th amendment, and it destroys that argument. It state unequivocally that the definition of a 'natural born citizen' is <b>not</b> defined in the constitution. The case is 'minor v happersett'.
The reason this is important, besides the obvious reason, is that the highly touted admonition yesterday by Hawaii Department of Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino that she has "seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizenâ¦â is <b>patently absurd</b>.
She could not have verified that Barry was a natural born citizen, and if you think this won't come back to haunt her, you'll be wrong.

Exactly, I laughed at her comment where she claimed that Obama is a natural born citizen. She has no idea what a natural born citizen is and is no way qualified to claim any one is.
