Exact Time You Trade?

Does anyone trade a specific period of time per day?or whenever your set up is available?

If specific period of time...please be specific:

I am looking at only trading 8:30AM-9:00AM(Chicago Time)...nothing like only trading the opening...anyone else have a very specific time frame?
