Without volume, there is no way to place these into context. Without context, these jpgs are without meaning.

BS

Just a week ago you claimed you learned to read FX charts without volume.

You can't have it both ways.

I asked how you'd annotate adjacents and channels and if I did it correctly.what has volume to do with it?

This is a version 3 for cycle one.

I see I left out "T" when I added the nodal notations.

If you triangulate Q, R and V, there is an "OR" inside the triangle; it is the node "T". Sorry.

It is probably hard to do, but a person could debrief this morning (13OCT10) using the dominant segment trading of cycle 1.

By using a 5 min ES chart with PRV on volume and replaying it bar by bar and consulting the log as a guide of the finite maths' "exact science", you could do the path around and about the folw sheet for 1/3 of a day and see how 50% of margin per contract was extractrcted where at all times "you knew you knew".

Koning upyou know comes from a plan, strategy and a routine.

there are 25 separate applications of the MADA routine. I created a 4 page Word document to list these and also define each of the nodes A through Z, excepting I and O.

MA of M of MADA involves looking at the market display.

Then rotating one chair,180 degrees, a person can do A.....using the flow sheet and the Word document.

Stil rotated, a person can do the DA of the routine.

ADA can be recorded on a proper log.

Behaviioral Finance gives any person a clue; an emotional signal.

From that signal the person gets to examine his plan, strategy and routine.

If he does as behavioral science recommends, he reasons.

He reasons through "making a reasoned change" in his approach.

Conventionally this type of experiencing growth is called iterative refinement.

Emotional signals comes from many categorical sourses. In ET we get to see these displayed.

Hi Jack,

recently I saw you mentioning the "J test" I think this refers to the "Cycle 1" flow diagram introduced in this thread.

I'm just checking to see if in the meantime you made some changes, improvements, additions, etc. to this and if you would be willing to share it?

Thanks.

Nope.

But you're correct we did use letters in the volume cycle 1 template.

In the volume naming for the current 56 element volume bar names. J stands for the bar 78 (advance one peak") trend completion sub set (one of ten subsets in the EE group of 35 elements.

Today we advanced from P2 sequence status to P3P an End Effect on bar 78 (J pass). Bar 79 is an assigned P1. bar 80 and 81 are in a lateral started by bar 79.

So the open is long and in the volume trend sequence we are "looking for" T1 or another P1. as compared to the volume on bar 79 IF we have permission from price to make a volume measurement. No permission will be givien if price stays in the lateral.

Did somebody log the previous bars as well and is willing to share it?
