You're right. too many get caught up trying to predict what might happen. everyone leaves a wide open caveat or back door to leave their predictions meaningless. good traders just work with the market. I say spend less time trying to figure out what cannot be figured out, and more time tracking your own live trading. has always worked for me. I know I'm new here, but i've been trading a long time.

Ahhh, but we all predict when we trade, we are all placing trades based mostly on re-occuring patterns, but they are predictions never the less because none of us are 100% traders. I believe most re-occuring patterns are based on some type of emotional response, quite often it is where to screw the inexperienced, but that's how we make our money. There are so many many patterns, but none of them work all of the time, but I believe based on backtesting, my trade is predicting the pattern will work to my favor.

Prediction doesn`t work with the frequency cluless daytraders wish to perform.The ability to predict is reduced to 1-2 times at max.And they want to predict 20-40 or more times.Its a bu-u-u-u-ullll shi-i-i-t!
