His number 1 protege Spydertrader and leading exponent of his method turned up at a traders expo so poorly dressed he had to be marched to the cloak room by the hostess and given a decent pair of shoes to the horrified embarrassment of all the other traders there.

Jack Hershey has a tax lien against him for unpaid taxes to the tune of $82,000 that was filed in 2006. If you go to Maricopa County's recorder web site (http://recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/) and type into the Recording Number fields, the following number: 2006 1575958 and click "search" you will be able to see the recorded document.

A background investigation also found that he has no real assets (in terms of real-estate) and does not sit on the board of any company... in fact he is broke and in debt... evidence also shows that Jack has a few failed marriages behind him where he has left monies owed in the split ups. He currently resides in a very modest house owned by his latest partner and lives off her income.


How much of the above I found through a simple Google search is true Jack?

I know the statement about Spyder is a lie so the rest of your rant is equally as credible.

Spyder showed up at Surf's party, not the Trader's Expo, wearing flip flops. Considering the attitude of most of us self employed traders, if there is a get together where the dress code isn't clarified . . . come comfortable. Absolutely none of those in attendance were "horrified". If everyone was horrified and embarrassed as you say, why did the host invite him back to the party the next year? Surf has a track record of not explaining protocol for those attending. Christ, Surf's party the next year was in a cigar bar and he bailed on his own get together before the party was even half over because his girlfriend couldn't take the smoke . . . cigar bar . . . smoke . . . duh!

You've had a bur up your butt against Jack for a long time creating multiple aliases to make it look like you are less of an angry teenager than you really are. Those of us that have been here for years know you by your many other aliases and rants. You aren't normal. Anyone that finds the need to create multiple aliases and purposely cover that fact up is unbalanced.

Get a life and go back and play with the other large rodents in the sty.

This is nothing new. One can see the trend of charlatans attempting to align themselves with the greats of academica and science. Calling them out on the harvard prof reference was needed. The back peddling provided humor for the hour. They have even been known to go so far as to draw parallels between themselves and Einstein as well as claim to be a noble prize nominee for work in the financial market. Can it get anymore hyperbole?
 
Given the title of this thread, and the convoluted highjacking that evolved into schizophrenic psychobabble which ensued, this has become an abortion of logic and a waste of website resources.
 
Nicely stated bone. The charlatans seem to be drawn to any thread with the word science, logic or get rich in the title. One should refrain from using these "charlatan bait" unless of course this is what you are fishing for.
