Ewj: elliott wave

From Andrew Stanton:

"Still a little too early to know for sure that Primary 4 is over but I now think it was a double three W-X-Y with wave Y consisting of a zig-zag A, flat B, and ending diagonal C.

That last rally just doesn’t count well as the required five in a C of a flat. The only reasonable “bullish” scenario now is Kevin’s, that Primary 4 turns into a triple three. Now that I said that the market will probably explode on the upside!"

So our Bull Calf Trap of 100, 10, 20 points, had turned into a Bull Trap of 340, 40, 70 points  .
The expected wave five didn't show up.
The DOWN move looks impulsive.
Wait for 1-2-3-4-5 UP to signal continue UP trend.

The correction is too deep.
Next higher high will be fifth subwave of fifth wave at resistance level  .
It may turn out to be a Bull Calf Trap of 100, 10, 20 points :( .

Fifth subwave of fifth subwave of fifth subwave of fifth wave :)
EWers exit here for a 100, 10, 20 points correction :D .
MA signal will confirm later.

Wave five is treacherous  .
Sometimes it extends, sometimes it fails, sometimes it doesn't show up at all  .
This time it extends :) .
Next target may be 875.

So Wave 3.3:3iii ended right on target of 875 .
After the 100, 10, 20 points correction there may be another measured move UP to 8225,886,1700 :) ,
if there is wave five as expected  .

Thanks Keith for the kind words...

Yesterday's drop was a wave 3 down to me. Strong and vibrant! :D

In the ESM9, 838.25 could be wave4 or it could be just part of wave4. Any further drop below 824 renders w4 complete.

Whatever the case, given the extension in w3, plus the one more drop in the VIX needed, it would make sense for w5 to be short and simply constructed.

ESM9 61min :D

PS: I've been tied up with a very important assignment lately, so may be quiet in postings.....

Edit:
Looks like it may be a w5 in the works.....Okay..... I'm going long pretty soon with a tight stop as I need to step away... :D

My plan for my long trade is to buy 82.80 in the spy, for the ride back up. We shall see.
This does look like the completion of 4 to me.
thanks
Keith

Globex is sat around that last swing (13TD) day balance point. (50% @ 823.75)

ed's covered the wave 5 option & the Alt comes in around 817.... :)

How about a double ziggy taking us down to a pontential 1:1 around 795 area... I'd pefere this option ... :D

120min Globex with the usual ratio suspects on....
