Goldman's favorite Coal name is Arch (ACI), but in todays' research report they actually favore the NAT-GAS sector over Coal because of the dramatic decline in natural gas drilling activity.
They feel that Nat-Gas has much more room to pop on the upside, and will grab some of the electrical utility demand away from coal due to how cheap it is.
The Supply/Demand equation favors NG, in their opinion. More on this later.
