Here's my thoughts on the possible "c" wave (or 3rd) down target :)

1:1 --> 792.56
1:1.618 --> 742.77

Congratulation: Mup's and Landis' Perfect calls:
If it does get above then the bulls can push for the 1:1 @ 874.5... ( 873.12 actual )
target of: 87.70 Got that right before the close. ( 87.83 actual )
Complaint:
The Market constantly wrong-footed me with fine passing :( .
The Market often changed course at the moment I changed my mind :mad: .

Thanks Mu !

The market wrong foots us all the time ( as a good number of my posts show :) .. esspecally when were in some form of correcitve mess.

Pretcher sums up things well on the problems with corrective patterns ...

Bob Prechter: There is one main weakness, and this accounts for just about all the problems. There are 11 different patterns for corrections. When a correction starts, it is impossible to tell in advance which pattern has begun, so you do not know how it is going to unfold. Therefore, the best that you can do is apply some of Elliott's observations as guidelines in making an intelligent guess as to what it is.

Another problem is duration. Corrections can do what Elliott called "double" or "triple" – that is, repeat several times. Triple corrections are the largest formations possible, so at least there is a limit. These repetitions can be frustrating, because they can last decades.

Just need it to bust its ALT's ( 843 SPX) to get the C wave option full on board...

If it can hold them , then that peskey ED option starts comming more into play...
