Its from Gann orignally ed,

Bolton, Frost & Collins all use this in relation to wave degree.

Even Prechter has to make a note of it.. If you got the 20th Anniversary edition of EWP check out page 127 at the bottom..

" Far more precise and reliable...are the relationships between Alternate waves or lenghts unfolding in the same direction."

If you want to look deeper the Gann stuff is very useful

could Still have a chance at the 1141.5 area for a wave 4 before the last move down for the 5th. :) 1136 is the 23.6% so that also might have to be considered...

The adventrous bulls could very well see a completed pattern going into the 78.6% on the SPX..

Personally I'd like to see 1113 hit on the ES but I could be counting to slow :eek:

5=1 is that 1113.5 area...

There's also the 88.6% at 1119 area

Thanks for the link to Gann.... will check it out after the market closes....

Seems like you are going to nail your target.... looks a little like an ED forming in the 10 min SPX..... would be a gap up tomorrow if so....:D

Yesterday low at 1111.43 may be the end of Primary Wave 2] as a Wave .5 failure.
If there is a new low, it must not go below 1095 to keep the ED count alive.
The House can help this count come true by removing the toxic waste from the financial market.

And SPX has cleared the first hurdle at 1134....
 
Just 1.75 off Mups 1113.5 target to complete a possable (B) wave... :)

off up into the (C) now which gives 1179 as a simple 1:1 target..

Needs to get above 1145.5 to confirm the count...
