Ewj: elliott wave

Not sure on you time frame there elo,

If its around the 15min then yes an ED is possable...It would also mean an early delta point high as the 4th wave in the ED...

A chart always helps...

15min ES :)

we're clearly through that larger -52 Alt so its now at best an A-B-C of the lows with this move down part of the B...

The Intraday 1:1 comes in at 1333.75 ....

anyone else have this ?
if u use the 10/08/07 hi and 3/17 08 low,the spx stopped on its way down dead perfect on the 23%fib line,3/17 being zero, thats on a weekly chart

Status: All long positions closed when Wednesday low was broken as said. Short positions opened when the rebound faltered at Wednesday low. Short "Short position" closed and short "Long position" opened at close due to measured move which exceed the -200, -20, -40 points target.
Now hold square positions.
Strategy.
The down move does not look impulsive. It was a zigzag as expected, not a 1-2-3-4-5, so I am still bully ..... for me, oh! sorry ... bullish.
I have to re-count the waves and accept the over sized irregular wave ii to accommodate the double zigzag wave :2.
There is one down wave short, a small one, then the Market may jump +600, +60, +120 points.
So prepare to add "LongTerm" long position and close "LongTerm" short position.

Strategy.
If Wednesday low cannot hold, look out for a -200, -20, -40 points drop before get in. Oh! should cut loss below Wednesday low first. This may be a double zigzag correction.

... although i am ashamed to say that i did not play this.....
.... this was the kicker for this down move....
.... this bearish W pattern

... once again... because i was watching AH instead of limiting to trading hours only for patterns....
