Ewj: elliott wave

Thanks blnbr...

Now I recall this was where I read:

"If Wave 1 is a LD then Wave 5 cannot be an ED."

Which is why I believe the upmove from March 21st will unfold in 5 waves instead of an ED. :)

I still believe we are heading into a Wave 5. The one I was referring to last Friday was a v of 3 which brought us to the drop at today's open, which was the 4 :)

Understood.
Thanks.

I guess a clean E-wave chart is supposed to be like that. But it's better to hear you experienced Elliottians' comments on these rules :)

I am certainly still a novice in terms of EW.... :D There's a lot I've yet to learn, especially from the other more experienced folks in this forum. :)

If you look at the SPX 30min I posted last Friday, you should be able to see clearly the five wave structure in 1 & 3. And yet, 2 & 4 overlaps. Which is why I decided to give some weight to that line I quoted earlier :)

I’ll learn more about LD ED stuffs. I also found overlap pattern is quite interesting under other circumstances. Trying to learn more.

The old "as above so below" move to around the 857 area ?
Got there :D

If it goes through the "traffic light" then expect a move towards that 868.75 (ES) swing high..

Our Bots still would like to see above above that 878 on the SPX maybe the FED tomorrow will be the final push it needs....
