A step back to look at the weekly SPX time frame...

If you use the line chart 5=1 comes in at 842 area...

This thread amazes me!! Are the Mkt Mkrs also reading it? Well if not,... how do they know where to take it to, time and time again? I'm in awe!

....you didn't know mup is also a market maker ? :0)

The second alternative is a Cycle Wave V)IV running correction. Primary Wave V)IVc] may ended around Dow 10K. This alternative will be invalidate when Dow rises above 14,121.04 or drops below 7,181.47.
The third alternative count is the most bearish. Cycle Wave V)IV is an irregular correction which should end below 7,181.47. This count will be invalidate when Dow rises above 14,121.04 or drops below 1,001.11, or Cycle Wave V)IV ends much above 7,181.47.

Good job Mu! You posted this is August of 07 as one of your alternatives. I was reviewing the thread last night and realized that it may turn out to be right on the money.

Mup,

Could we then have counted too fast? ED iv could still be in the works?

SPX 30min

There's always a risk of that especially when choppy patterns are in play...

I'm always aware that I too have the bad "count to fast" habit from time to time......

Anyway at the risk of doing it again  :) ))

5min ES finished ED c wave into that lesser 1:1 around 847 area..

That wave ii ALT +33 (880 area )would be the first eyeball target..

Needs to clear that lesser +16.25 (862.5 area) to confirm

Looking better now its cleared that 862.5 Alt

I dug out that pretcher example last night...

Gives an idea of how an ED C wave should look.. Would perfer an example with a longer wave i but see what you think :)
