Fine, my mistake. One would think that Jews coming into Jerusalem from all over the world would make it one of the highest, if not the highest. Point is Passover is high enough to draw an influx of travelers from all over, making extra traffic at the main gates of the city. Perfect conditions for the main purpose of the crucifixion(s): political intimidation of the most Jews in the least time by putting horror in front of their faces as traffic at the gates waxes thick.
