They will invent something else not regulated. They are always one step ahead of regulators because they employ the brightest while the governemnt employs losers.
Im going to add inverse etfs soner than later, I did last time when the dow rallied 400 points and everyone laughed...as you can see the dow fell 400+ points thereafter....
