Everyone Is becoming a “Trader” during lockdown

During 3d printing bubble , some folks here jumped into DDD, now, 7 years later, they are still waiting for it to ~bounce back~.

Same story this time, some probably jumped into the worst possible bio techs (other sectors), and will be waiting for it to ~bounce back~, until it will reach major support at 0.00.

Good riddance.

That is why you trade stocks and not get married to it. Cut your losses and let your winners run. Small losses you can easily recover with a couple of Big gains from your winners.

Hell Mark Cuban was on here a few weeks ago and chimed in on a post about him. He's a self admited stock addict on cnbc all the time . His team isn't playing and he's probably bored. I know he said he owns a lot of Amzn .

Yea...No!

Funny how anybody can become a trader overnight...no formal education or previous experience required. But anybody who has been trading their whole career, can't find a "real" job if they decide to leave the trading life.

Only jobs for ex-traders are real estate broker, wealth management, night club owner, and professional poker player.

As long as your trade is aligned with the trend, the hordes of gamblers who now trade will be able to make some monies. Compare that with their chances in Las Vegas where it is a negative expectation game. Sure, they can still lose their monies if they make boneheaded trades. They should ask at a minimum, knowledgeable friends how to trade the stockmarket correctly. Then, they have a chance to make some monies instead, of blowing it all in Las Vegas.

Exactly/LOL.
They did better than all those who shorted/wiped out in 1999 because stocks got to high/LOL
It may turn out like 1999, so far its been more like 2009-not a prediction + sure not a gamble /LOL...…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
