As I was saying to my friends. A lot of fear about taking away guns and ammo. Didn't happen. I think the so called Patriot Act was a big step the wrong way as far as Civil liberties go. Don't think that was Obama. Talking to enemies, or supposed enemies, instead of invading other countries, sounds ok to me. Sure, I'm not liking Gitmo overall, and not liking Afghanistan so far either.
Anyway, yes, I wish Obama would have done more, but it appears he'll have 4 more years. The way things look now.
If the right could get past the hatred of Obama, and come up with ideas instead, then we might have a decent election. I disliked Bush's policies and wars, but never hated the man. And I really like his father and brother.
But, yes, sorry to sound contradictory again, if, as I hear rumblings of, Jeb and Christie get together at the convention. Then we may have a race. Probably not until 2016 though, just saying.
