(Bloomberg) -- China Evergrande Group is planning to include all its offshore public bonds and private debt obligations in a restructuring that may rank among the nation’s biggest, people familiar with the matter said. The embattled developer’s stock tumbled to a record low, while a dollar bond suffered its biggest drop ever.
Evergrande said in a filing late Friday that it plans to “actively engage” with offshore creditors on a restructuring plan as grace periods on two dollar bond payments end Monday.

@easymon1, you should be careful with spreading of such unconfirmed market news, ie. fake news,
as someone could sue you badly since you are practing market manipulation by using this Elitetrader site...
The title is MISLEADING, as there is no such confirmed news yet!
Such a misleading posting can be interpreted as an attempt for market manipulation...
IMO, @Baron should check whether your such posting with such an untrue title is legal, to avoid problems also for ET itself.

Numerous sources including reputable news source Reuters have reported that Evergrande is defaulting on its debt payments coming up. "Not guaranteeing" = defaulting. If it's not defaulting, it would be able to guarantee its debt payments.
This is just one person's thread. It's not going to move the market. Plus the thread's title is neither misleading nor illegal. And this is a public forum and it's protected by the First Amendment, Freedom of Speech. This is not China where everything is censored and nobody can say anything. In here, everybody can say whatever they want especially when what they say is true so stop with your pathetic legal threat.
