What I find amazing are people who go around trying to debunk everyone else's experiences (i.e. Axeman) due to some underlying need to confirm their own bias (whatever that may be).
Try this one out, Axeman. Why don't you just assume for a moment that perhaps you don't know everything. As a matter of fact, let's pretend you don't know much at all. Let's also assume all the bullshit you were fed in science class might not be 100% accurate.

Do you know that ART put me on ignore after that first great debate we had months ago. Since, no matter how terribly I insult him he never replies. I miss hurting his feelings. I miss my god idiots are idiots thread which is closed. I'm considering composing a new thread about god idiots. One problem with beginning a new god idiot thread is that I've made friends with you and some of the other believers. There aren't many left to insult. What should I do? Will you contact ART and ask him if he will have an argument with me? Thanks.

Think of where we would be if we relied on "another man's first-hand account of what happened" in trading. If trading theories backed up by "first hand accounts" were even a small percentage true we would all be rich and living in Monaco.
I have a good buddy who could not be more different from me. He is WAY into the paranormal etc. Trading by the stars and all that stuff. He likes to keep things really fuzzy in this life where the results can't really be questioned (of course they can't be assertained either).
When I introduced him to trading I told him that finally we would be in an arena together where his love for fuzzy would not interfere with comparing our results...the account statements will not lie. He has lost his life savings and is currently looking for money to borrow a trading stake because in his words..."I know how to trade". How he can ignore the evidence to the contrary just speaks to his ability to fool himself.
I am amazed at traders who will defend "first hand accounts" as gospel. There are few arenas where the delta between "first hand accounts" and trading accounts are so obvious.
