Even with inflation in 1970. It only took 1 worker

Just because you don't want to hear something doesn't mean it's not true.

Do you have anything to discuss about this thread or you just come here to tell people to stop complaining and you have no content to add?

Yeah, wake up stupid, look around, "if you are not outraged you are not paying attention." Why would you assume I am not successful? I am a cargo pilot for a large private company and I am 33 years old, hence the username. What is your profession? Our country is broken and I care about it so I am pointing out a major problem.

Income distribution is a real problem. And it has nothing to do with hard work or skills, it is about connections and corruption. And throughout the history of the world it only ends in one way. A big War. www.lcurve.org

So maybe I should change my thinking and start listening to successful people. Who do you reccomend? Henry Paulson, Ben Bernanke, George Bush, Hilary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Angelo Mozillo, Charles Prince, Alan Greenspan, Tim Geithner??? Any other completely incompetent successful people you could reccomend?

I will think for myself and I just happen to agree with these self made successful people; Bill Gates, Sam Walton, Jim Rogers, George Soros, Warren Buffet.
Pilotboy, you can’t reason with Trader666. He is insistent on tearing down the little guy and belittling everything they do. In high school, I’m sure he was the one picking on all the geeks. You, like I, are seeing a world that is falling apart and becoming a screw or be screwed economy. His solution is to simply become the screwer, not to fix any problems.

BTW, I’d question some of those names on your list. I don’t think Buffett and Gates are quite the saints we think they are, especially Buffett. I keep hearing about ways he’s screwed people. And while you may not agree with Hilary’s and Pelosi’s politics, they have accomplished a great deal in the political world. You can bash Greenscam and Bernankrupt all you want, they deserve it.

You have a lot of catchy one liners. A trait of an obedient Serf.

Yeah, I'm not saying they are saints, but they are self made and do recognize the problem of income distribution. As for Hilary, I just think she is your average hipocrit politician (WalMart, China, Unions), Nancy Pelosi couldn't pass a high school GED test if you spotted her 20%.

95% of politicians are a joke.

No, it applies to what you and Sandybestdog have turned this thread into... a place for "victims" to whine about how everything is stacked against them.

It also explains why you can't listen to anyone else's ideas, even if they've been where you are now.

But this applies to the future, not the past few decades the thread is about.

How much whining do you think these people did about what others have?

I'm not surprised you think so but it explains A LOT.

P.S. I'm not part of that generation.

OMG an irrelevant piece of fluff in a news paper

p.s
I'm not givng you praise because i want to do my part to turn the economy around
