Every 40 years the natural short-term cycle changes hot to cold or the inverse. The 1930s were hot, the 1970s were cold. the 2010 period is warm, the 2050s will be cold again.

But... of course... the Obama Administration INCREASED hard particle pollution by demanding power plants remove hard particle scrubbers and replace them with CO2 scrubbers to fight non-existent "global warming". All of those who suffer from asthma and other respiratory problems in the Carolinas may have a few choice words for this failed Obama policy.
