I did notice that there are fines for releasing those gases to the atmosphere. So there you go, I'd wager the fines play a role in reducing emissions.Thanks, interesting, doesn't include the new current refrigerant for A/C which is R410a but I'm pretty sure the increased forcing from it is less than any of the others. However, it does have a strong GHG effect so the govt is mandating a change from it to one with less forcing potential.
