One person said it MAY, and it's going to happen pretty soon. The prediction is not far off. Within ten years.

And so what? Has CO2 ceased being a greenhouse gas? Because we have raised it by 40%.

He did not say May he said "WOULD".

Clearly his models were wrong. Just another climate science/global warming prediction that was proven wrong from empirical evidence from fatally flawed models. Just extend prediction another 10 years = wrong.
