they were do top scientists state the universe appears designed.
or in other scientific words... how do you explain the incredible fine tuning of the fundamental constants of the universe. the answers many top scientists give is... that you either have to believe in the multi verse or that the yes it looks as if the universe we live in is designed.
whether I believe in God is irrelevant to that issue or this issue.
we have been discussing - according to catholic doctrine would a Catholic have to follow this Pope's view on Global warming. the answer is no a Catholic would not. although I would note that any believer in Jesus's divinity should realize that they are to be a good stewards of the resources God gave us.
If you ask me why I might go to Catholic church I will explain to you... you are welcome to ask if you want the answer. I will tell you, its certainly not the bishops the cardinals or the Pope.

I could be wrong... but arxiv is a repository. I believe non peer reviewed articles can still be found there. I believe I have read dozens of non peer reviewed papers from there... many were interesting.
Nevertheless... if you have some papers which do not rely upon stale models.... link to them... I am genuinely interested in learning.

That is not what I asked. Let me rephrase it, if I produced a paper on the arxiv, would that pass as peered reviewed in your eyes? The reason I ask is, because:

A gotcha. Well, that is the hardest question in science.
BTW, your religious affiliation has everything to do with these debates or any other debate. I think you can understand that given the political climate we are in. For example, I state unequivocally that I do not believe in a religious God. People then know if it is worth their time trying to reason with me or not, or whether I should be their POTUS. If I tell you that I believe the Earth is 6000 years old, or that if I blow myself up killing infidels, then I will have 60 virgins that I can ravage every night in some place in the sky waiting for me, you don't think that is worth knowing before you begin a lengthy discussion with me?
