Imagine if India's 1,000,000,000 population became anything even remotely close to a first world country without generating power from renewable sources. The earth would turn into Venus. China is already having massive problems with air quality when it turned its economy into Capitalism without a plan for feeding the energy requirements of such an economy that does not require fossil fuels.
