Long term side effects should worry everyone since the vaccinations were done without much testing, if any at all.
The western Covid vaccines have been the most tested and documented vaccines in the history of mankind at their introduction.
Well, that would depend on which metric we're talking about.

Any side effects of vaccines always show up within the first six months. Usually within the first few weeks. This is why the data period for submission for full approval by health authorities across the globe is six months.
The "what about the long term effects" is merely anti-vaxxer nonsense.
It takes years to come up with a vaccine that is without serious side effects.
