First off you error in not knowing the scriptures. Scripture is also a historical compilation of events that occurred. Any wrong doings that are recorded are Not ordained or commended of God. They are evidenced there to show the fallen condition of man, since the fall. You referencing the adulterous, perverted actions of men does not make God liable or guilty of anything. Especially from such a fractured form of christendom. Those men are guilty not HIM. Man and the elements from the time of Adam and Eve are cursed, and therefore susceptible to the damaging effects of this fallen cursed condition. Do you think anyone is pleased with

Where is God in all the suffering of the world? The same place He was when man nailed HIS SON, the only begotten, The Lord Jesus Christ to the tree. He was there through the anguish. Do I like it...no of course not.. Why does it happen?
Some suffering is simply the consequence of a sinful creation that has rejected God...these are the consequences of rebellious man. We all suffer at some point or another...no one is exempt. God seeks willing brethren..that is why we are given a choice...a freedom...and not made as robots. Otherwise He could have easily raised up rocks instead! None are innocent...all are born in sin. Some regenerated unto everlasting life and some not, but unto everlasting death. Like a field of wheat..it has good wheat and it has chaff. The chaff gets burned. Why such a mandate? Well as in a court of law you have a judge. Judgement passes unto the guilty. Would you rather have HIM declare all innocent? Then what kind of righteous God would He be. Judgement is mine saith the Lord. All wrongdoers will pay the consequence of their actions, if not here in the life to come. And because He wishes none to perish, His mercy and grace is available even to the most vile of sinners. And until you see yourself as a sinner you can never understand this or receive it. Romans 3 states both Jews and gentiles, that they are all under sin; As it is written, There is none righteous no, not one:There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, not not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre, with their tongues they have used deceit; the posion of aps is under their lips; whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: destruction and misery are in their ways, and the way of peace have they not known; There is NO FEAR of God before their eyes.....all the world may become guilty before God....there shall be no flesh justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin....For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God...but being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus." I hate the suffering in the world, but personally I find it a privilege to suffer for His namesake...sometimes physically and sometimes through verbal, mental abuse. But I am comforted in that I know He is always with Me..even unto the end of time. I seek His purpose because He has filled me with the love for His people. I pray that someday you may know the same. May the Lord help us all.
