How hard is trend trading long term on BTC when simple Buy and Hold the past 5 years earned you %%%%%%%% returns without having to lift a finger.

You do know that a trend can mean down as well as up...
 
that was exactly my point ... we are again in an uptrend at this point in time ... however we are in a bear market, we just need to see the lower top ... my guestimate is we'll see that one at around 18000 from then on the trend will be down ...
