Yes everything is possible, in my opinion during holiday on this week this pair also still on narrow movement, like as today daily timeframe still as small candle has occured

eurusd I have seen today on bearish strong similar with gbpusd
eurusd 4 H two bearish candle figure out, but might carefully on next newyork session might rebound
